4 Reagents and materials
The following Reagents Unless otherwise stated, were of analytical grade water are three water GB/T 6682-2008 stipulated.
4.1 anhydrous methanol.
4.2 glacial acetic acid.
4.3 polyamide powder. 80 mesh to 100 mesh.
4.4 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 0.400g sodium hydroxide, add water to 100mL, and mix to dissolve.
4.5 4mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 16.0g of sodium hydroxide, add water to 100mL, and mix to dissolve.
4.6 0.2mol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution. Weigh 7.708g ammonium acetate, add water to 500mL, and mix to dissolve.
4.7 desorption solution. 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution in dry methanol solution + 10 + 1 = (volume ratio).
4.8 sodium copper chlorophyll standard. not less than 99.7%.
4.9 standard stock solution. Accurately weigh learn from 105 ℃ drying to constant weight in accordance with its terms of purity of 100% by mass of sodium copper chlorophyll standards
