4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.

Quinolones 4.5 standard. ENR, CIP, NOR, OFL, DIF · HCl, SAR · HCl, SPA, DAN, FLU, FLE, MAR,
ENO, ORB, PIP, PEF, LOM and NAL, purity ≥99%.

4.7 quinolones standard stock solution. 1.0mg/mL. Accurately weighed amount of reference material quinolone (4.5), (4.2) was dissolved in methanol
