4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 n-hexane.
4.3 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.
4.4 formic acid solution. 10%. Of 10mL formic acid, add water 90mL, mix.
4.5 ammonium acetate solution. 0.02mol/L. Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate dissolved in water and dilute to 1L.
4.6 Sodium hydroxide solution. 20g/L. Weigh 20.0g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in water and dilute to 1L.
4.7 Zinc sulfate solution. 120g/L. Weighed 120.0g of zinc sulfate heptahydrate dissolved in water and dilute to 1L.
4.8 methanol solution. 70%. Take 70mL of methanol (4.1), add 30mL water, and mix.
