1 Scope
This standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatographic method food simulants acrylamide.
This standard applies to water, 3% (mass concentration) solution of acetic acid, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol and other water-based food simulants and olive oil

Food simulants acrylamide by high performance liquid chromatography (column ion exclusion column) were separated into the UV detector

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, water GB/T 6682 provided a water, reagents were of analytical grade.
4.1 acrylamide standards. purity of greater than 99%.
4.2 glacial acetic acid.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 olive oil.
4.5 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.6 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.7 sulfuric acid.
4.8 sulfuric acid solution (0.05mol/L). amount of 2.7mL of sulfuric acid (4.7) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.9 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.10 to 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
Acrylamide 4.11 standard stock solution (500μg/mL). Weigh 0.05g (precise to 0.1mg) acrylamide (4.1) to 100mL capacity
Volumetric flask, dissolve and dilute with methanol (4.6). The stock solution at 5 ℃ dark storage under seal, and the headspace as small as possible, a solution valid for three months.
Acrylamide 4.12 standard solution (10μg/mL). Take 1.0mL standard stock solution (4.11) was transferred to a 50mL volumetric flask,
