1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of food simulants glycol and diethylene glycol.
This standard applies to water, 3% (mass concentration) solution of acetic acid, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and olive oil Four Food simulants
Determination of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol contents.
Water, 3% (mass concentration) solution of acetic acid and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol three kinds of water-based food simulants ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol
The lower limit of detection are 3mg/L; olive oil Determination of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol lower limits were 3mg/kg.
