4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, water GB/T 6682 provided a water, reagents were of analytical grade.
4.1 Bisphenol A (C15H16O2, CAS number. 80-05-7). purity of greater than 99%.
4.2 glacial acetic acid.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 Refined olive oil.
4.5 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.6 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.7 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.8 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.9 methanol - water mixture (1 + 1). amount of 100mL of methanol (4.6) and 100mL of water, and mix.
4.10 Bisphenol A stock solution (375mg/L). Weigh accurately 37.5mg of bisphenol A (accurate to 0.1mg) (4.1) to 100mL volumetric flask
With methanol (4.6) volume. Stored in the dark at -20 ℃ ~ 20 ℃, hermetic bisphenol A stock solution concentration is maintained within 3 months
stable.
4.11 bisphenol A intermediate standard solution (37.5mg/L). Bisphenol A stock solution of 10mL (4.10) in 100mL flask with methanol
(4.6) volume.
