4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, water GB/T 6682 provided a water, reagents were of analytical grade.
4.1 Melamine (C3H6N6, CAS number. 108-78-1), a purity greater than 99%.
4.2 glacial acetic acid.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 Refined olive oil.
4.5 acetonitrile (HPLC grade).
4.6 isopropanol.
4.7 iso-octane.
4.8 sodium dihydrogen phosphate - dihydrate (NaH2PO4 · H2O).
4.9 sodium hydroxide.
4.10 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) and transferred to 1L volumetric flask, water volume.
4.11 to 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.12 to 10% (mass concentration) sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 10g of sodium hydroxide (4.9) dissolved in 100mL of water.
