1 Scope
This standard specifies the puffer fish, eels and eel praziquantel residues in liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 ethyl acetate.
4.4 glacial acetic acid.
4.5 0.1% acetic acid solution. accurate Pipette 1.0mL glacial acetic acid (4.4) to a 1L volumetric flask, add water to the mark, shake spare.
4.6 basic alumina column or performance considerably by. 1g, 6mL.
4.7 Standard. praziquantel (praziquantel, CAS. 55268-74-1), purity ≥98%.
4.8 100mg/L standard stock solution. Weigh accurately praziquantel standard 10.0mg (accurate to 0.01mg), dissolved in methanol and set the volume to
100mL. The standard stock solution dark place -18 ℃ refrigerator.
4.9 standard working solution. if necessary, draw 100mg/L standard stock solution of praziquantel a certain amount of (4.8) with acetonitrile - water (2 + 3) solution
