1 Scope
This part of GB/T 22638 specifies the reagents and solutions for the determination of the texture content of the foil, the instrument, the sample, the electronic back
Scattering diffraction method, X - ray diffraction pattern, metallographic method and test report.
This part is applicable to the determination of the texture content of aluminum foil.
The electronic backscatter diffraction method specified in this section is applicable to the arbitration determination of the texture content of aluminum foil.

3 reagents and solutions
3.1 perchloric acid (ρ = 1.55 g/mL).
3.2 Hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.10 g/mL).
3.3 hydrofluoric acid (ρ = 1.128 g/mL).
3.4 nitric acid (ρ = 1.35 g/mL).
3.5 nitric acid solution (1 4).
3.6 anhydrous ethanol (ρ = 0.79g/mL).
3.7 electrolytic polishing solution. perchloric acid (3.1) and anhydrous ethanol (3.6) according to (1 9) volume ratio of mixed preparation.
