3 Overview
3.1 Physical properties
Anhydrous sodium metabisulfite (Na2S2O5) as a white or light cream colored particles, relative molecular mass of 190.10.
3.2 Hazard
Anhydrous sodium metabisulfite no risk in taking the usual protection operation, avoid contact with acids.
3.3 HANDLING AND STORAGE
Anhydrous sodium metabisulfite should be stored in closed containers at room temperature.
