foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 22342-2008 "Design, installation, operation and maintenance of downhole safety valve systems for oil and gas industry
Compared with GB/T 22342-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the general rules of downhole safety valves (see 4.3.1.1.1, 5.2.2.7 of the.2008 edition);
b) Added structural requirements for plug-in downhole safety valves (see 4.3.1.1.3);
c) Changed the surface control downhole safety valve system diagram (see Figure 1, Figure 1 of the.2008 edition);
d) Increase the design and maintenance requirements of auxiliary tools for downhole safety valves (see 4.3.3.2, 7.3);
e) Changed the installation steps of the ground control downhole safety valve (see Chapter 5, 5.2.2, Appendix C of the.2008 edition);
f) Added the steps of on-off test before installation of the ground-controlled downhole safety valve, on-well test, and on-off flexibility test during production (see
5.2, 6.3.3);
g) The test requirements for downhole control safety valves and injection safety valves have been added (see 6.4);
h) Deleted Appendix A "SSSV Maintenance Report (Basic Information Requirements)" (see Appendix A of the.2008 edition).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Installed on the tubing, it is a device used to cut off the fluid channel of the downhole tubing when it is closed.
3.2
A downhole safety valve controlled by a surface control system.
3.3
A downhole safety valve that is controlled by downhole fluid velocity or pressure changes.
3.4
Pipe pressure type valve ambient-type valve
When the pressure in the tubing where the safety valve is located is lower than the preset pressure, it will automatically close the downhole safety valve.
3.5
Velocity-type valve
When the flow velocity of the fluid in the oil pipe at the position of the safety valve exceeds the preset value, the downhole safety valve will be automatically closed.
