Foreword

This standard is identical with the American Society for Testing Materials ASTM F1315-00 (2006 confirmation) "sealing plate material density test method". This standard is equivalent translation ASTMF1315-00 (2006 confirmed). Compared with ASTMF1315-00 (2006 confirmation), this standard the following modifications. --- Remove the first 1.2 "values \u200b\u200bgiven in parentheses are for reference only" the last sentence; --- Chapter 2, with the title "Normative References" instead of "reference", and added the introductory phrase; reference file directory with Chinese State Home Standard "GB/T 20671.1" instead of the American Society for Testing Materials ASTM standard "F104", the standard text accordingly Were substitution; --- Remove the British units and the value of all given in parentheses. The standard proposed by China Building Materials Federation. The standard and non-metallic mineral products by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC406) centralized. This standard is drafted by. Xianyang Institute of non-metallic minerals. Participated in the drafting of this standard. Zhoushan seamounts sealed Material Co., Ltd., Chengdu Tianfu Gasket Co., Ltd., Chengdu-Jun Ma secret Feng Products Co., Ltd., Hebei Hengda Sealing Materials Co., Ltd., Jilin Province Haihong seal products. The main drafters of this standard. HEZE Shizhong Tang, Sketch, IRON, Fan Guoliang, Li Baojin, Sink Mark. This standard is the first release. Sealing plate material density test method

1 Scope

1.1 standard specifies the test methods gasket material density. 1.2 is the standard in International System of Units (SI) units. 1.3 standard does not address safety issues associated with their use. Responsibility of the user of this standard to consider health and safety issues, and the use of Regulatory limitations prior to determining the scope of application.

3 Summary of Test Method

The die-cut samples were adjusted to measure the thickness, quality and size, then calculated and reported density. 4. Significance and Use 4.1 density is an important characteristic of the gasket material, and is inversely proportional to the volume of the material. Density commonly used in the specification associated therewith Tightness, compressibility, creep relaxation and tensile strength used to describe a grade gasket material. 4.2 is the ratio of the density of mass and volume, the balance and hence the thickness measuring device easily measured. To achieve high accuracy Scales, this method of test samples were adjusted 1h ~ 2d, but as a method for testing the product will reduce its effectiveness. If used Production monitoring is recommended in strict accordance with the thickness and quality of the measurement method.

5 Interference

Most pads because of damp sample mass increase and causing the material to expand. The right to adjust the sample to be controlled changes in humidity.

6 Test Equipment

With a thickness of 6.1 --- driven by its own weight load measuring device to measure the thickness, the specific requirements of Table 1. The device should be capable of measuring the thickness indication 1%. Indenter diameter should be 6.40mm ± 0.13mm. Anvil diameter greater than the diameter of the head. Table 1 applied pressure Model Material (The first six digital code base, see GB/T 20671.1) Pressure on the sample / kPa Indenter total pressure (reference) / 1,5 or 7 80.3 ± 6.9 2.50 2 or 4 35 ± 6.9 1.11 3 55 ± 6.9 1.75 0 and 9a 55 ± 6.9 1.75 Unless a drawing on other supplementary documents or where otherwise indicated.
