1 Scope

Weigh 60g of potassium hydroxide, 40mL water are mixed and dissolved. 4.8 Cholesterol. Purity ≥99%. 4.9 standard stock solution. Weigh cholesterol standard 0.05g (precise to 0.1mg), dissolve with ethanol volume to 50mL, each solution Ml equivalent to 1mg cholesterol, seal placed 4 ℃ can be stored for six months. 4.10 standard solution. Pipette stock standard solution (4.9) 1.0mL, 2.0mL, 3.0mL, 5.0mL, with anhydrous ethanol to 10mL, formulated correspond 0.1mg/mL, 0.2mg/mL, 0.3mg/mL, 0.5mg/mL concentration of the standard. 5.
