3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 and the following apply to this document.

4 Assignment Requirements
4.1 Order Processing
4.1.1 Customer order information should be checked and any problems found should be promptly reported to the customer.
4.1.2 The operation plan for receiving, storing, checking, loading and unloading, handling, sorting, packaging and shipping should be formulated according to the order information.
When handling processing and returned goods, it is necessary to confirm that the corresponding operating capabilities are available and formulate an operating plan.
4.1.3 The order fulfillment process should be tracked and entered into the information system, and customers' information inquiries should be responded to in a timely manner.
4.2 Receipt
4.2.1 The receiving personnel should be familiar with the expected arrival list for the day in advance and check the site and equipment (such as forklifts, pallets, etc.) in the receiving area.
4.2.2 When receiving goods, the supplier name, goods name, specifications, quantity, batch and other delivery information should be included in the order or delivery notice.

4.2.3 The goods should be checked and inspected, and the shelf life, damage, and difference of the goods should be checked. If any problems are found, they should be reported to the customer in a timely manner.
