1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of defoamers defoaming textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries.
This standard applies to silicone, textile auxiliaries measured polyether (ester) class and other water-based defoamers defoaming in.

4.1.1 Reagents and solutions
Unless otherwise specified, use only confirm three qualified chemical water and GB/T 6682 specified in analytical grade and commercially available reagents.
a) bubbling liquid
The mass fraction of 0.5% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the mass fraction of 0.5% TX-10 with 1.1 (by volume) ratio
Example uniformly mixed dubbed foaming liquid.
Note. The preparation of the bubbling liquid may vary according to the actual application prior selection and preparation.
b) a certain concentration of anti-foaming liquid
Press defoamers active content meter, according to the needs of different concentrations dubbed as defoamers defoaming aqueous solution.
4.1.2 instruments and equipment
a) Electronic balance (accuracy 0.1mg);
b) beaker, 150mL;
c) constant temperature water bath, 0 ℃ ~ 100 ℃;
d) foam tester (schematic see Appendix A);
e) glass rotor flow meter, 0 ~ 0.600m3/h;
f) clean air source, the output pressure 0 ~ 1.0MPa;
g) stopwatch.
4.1.3 Analysis of step
