substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries

1 Scope
This Standard specifies limit requirements, test methods, inspection rules, test
report for parts of harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries
(see Annex A).
This Standard is applicable to various textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries
used for textile products in the dyeing and finishing process.

4.6 Determination of phthalate
Determination of phthalate is performed according to GB/T 24168.
4.7 Determination of perfluorinated compound
Determination of perfluorinated compound is performed according to GB/T
29493.2.
4.8 Determination of organotin compound
Determination of organotin compound is performed according to GB/T 29493.3.
4.9 Determination of chlorophenol content
Determination of chlorophenol content is performed according to GB/T 24166.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Determination rules
Products shall be subject to all-item inspection according to this Standard by
quality inspection department. Compare inspection results and requirements
specified in this Standard. When they all meet requirements of this Standard,
this product shall be accepted.
5.2 Re-inspection
Should one indicator in the inspection results fail to meet this Standard, it shall
re-sample from the packaging of double quantity for inspection. Even when one
indicator in the re-inspection results fails to meet requirements of this Standard,
the whole batch of products shall be rejected.
6 Test report
The test report shall at least provide the following information:
a) sample description;
b) standard used (reference to this Standard);
c) test results and detection limit;
d) instrument names and models used;
