This standard specifies the concrete pumps polyurethane piston (hereinafter referred to as piston) requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation

This standard applies to all types of concrete pump truck with a polyurethane piston.

3 Requirements
3.1 Appearance
Piston surface does not allow any air bubbles, impurities, cracks and other defects.
3.2 Dimensions and tolerances
Size of the piston shown in Figure 1, a schematic view of the A, B, C, H for the main dimensions. Dimensions and tolerances shall comply with the requirements of the drawings provided by the demand side.
When drawing without tolerance requirements, according to GB/T 3672.1 predetermined level, selected in consultation by both parties.

3.3 Compound Properties
With rubber physical properties of the piston should be consistent with Table 1.
