This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 21441-2008 "Gum", compared with GB/T 21441-2008, the main changes are as follows.
--- Complementing the 3.2 countable traits and the 3.3 quantifiable traits in GB/T 21441-2008 (see 4.2 and 4.3);
--- In GB/T 21441-2008 4.1, the regression equation for the relationship between body length and weight has been added (see 5.1);
--- Deleted Chapter 6 of the GB/T 21441-2008 biochemical genetic characteristics and the corresponding detection methods;
--- Increased COI gene sequence fragment as a molecular genetic feature (see Chapter 7);
--- Chromosomal detection method refers to the method of GB/T 18654.12 (see 8.4);
--- Supplements the detection methods for external morphological characteristics, growth and reproduction characteristics, and molecular biological characteristics (see 8.2, 8.3, 8.5).
