This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Compared with GB/T 21154-2007, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the number of terms and definitions, delete a terms and definitions, modify the relevant terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, 2007

method. This standard also defines the terms of these quality-related.
