foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 21145-2007 "Refrigeration Units for Transport". Compared with GB/T 21145-2007, except for structural adjustment and
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Increase the scope of application (see Chapter 1);
b) The definitions of "cooling capacity", "compressor driving power", "auxiliary power consumption" and "total input power" have been added (see 3.3~3.6);
c) Changed the independent and non-independent classification (see 4.1.4, 4.4 of the.2007 edition);
d) The classification methods of refrigerated type and refrigerated type are added (see 4.1.6);
e) Increase the basic parameters and model of the unit (see 4.2, 4.3);
f) Changed the working condition parameter conditions of the refrigeration unit for transportation, and gave the nominal working conditions of the unit according to the applicable temperature range of the unit.
Environmental conditions (see 4.2.3, 6.1.2 of the.2007 edition);
g) The technical requirements and test methods for start-up operation and maximum load continuous operation have been added (see 5.6.6, 5.6.7, 6.3.6 and 6.3.7);
h) Increase the performance coefficient requirements of electric drive units (see 5.6.11);
i) The electric strength test of the unit has been changed (see 6.3.11, 6.3.8.1 of the.2007 edition);
j) Added the requirements for the use of flammable refrigerants (see 8.1);
k) Changed the cooling capacity test method for single-temperature zone units, and added the cooling capacity test method for multi-temperature zone units (see Appendix A,.2007
Appendix A of the annual edition);
l) When the unit conducts related tests, the reading tolerance requirements of the parameters of the test conditions are changed (see Table A.1 of Appendix A, the.2007 edition
Table 3 of 6.1.3);
m) The vibration test method has been changed (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the.2007 edition).
