Determination of the percentage of stems and leaves in leaves of the smoked leaves
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of stems and leaves in tobacco leaves, as well as leaf tobacco leaves sampling and determination of the rate of containing the leaves.
This standard applies to flue-cured tobacco, burley, etc. leaves or hand-torn leaf tobacco.
Note. This standard is also applicable to drying tobacco, cigars and so on. Different types of tobacco leaf stems required for the separation of air flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the air box

2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
The main leaf of tobacco.
2.2
The part between the main veins of tobacco leaves.
2.3
Blade leaf or tear after the leaves.
2.4
Mechanical separation of tobacco stems and stems and other stems of the process.
2.5
Torn tobacco stems from the tobacco leaves, tobacco films get the process.
2.6
Mini-lobe and breeze boxes control leaves and sort tobacco stems from the leaves in a controlled manner.
2.7
Sifter that simulates screening and vibrating in a uniform and constant manner.
