Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 20218-2006 "Biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) film". This standard is consistent with GB/T 20218-2006 Compared with, the main technical content changes are as follows. ---The appearance is divided into the appearance of the film roll and the appearance of the film (see 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, 3.1 in the.2006 edition); ---Increase the limit deviation of film thickness greater than 0.015mm (see 3.2.2); --- Modify the elongation at break to the nominal tensile strain (see Table 3, Table 2 of the.2006 edition); --- Deleted the tear resistance index (see Table 2 in the.2006 edition); ---Modified the horizontal index of heat shrinkage (see Table 3, Table 2 of the.2006 edition); ---Increase the oxygen transmission index for the film thickness greater than 0.015mm (see Table 3); ---Modified the sanitary requirements (see 3.4, 3.4 in the.2006 edition); ---Modified the test method of tensile strength and tensile nominal strain (see 4.6,.2006 edition of 4.6). This standard uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 15987.2003 "Plastic film and sheet biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) thin film" membrane". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) film. This standard applies to polycaprolactam (nylon 6) resin as the main raw material, and polyamide (nylon) made by the flat film method through biaxial stretching.
