Introduction
One of the contents of standardization activities is to draft high-quality standardization documents in order to establish sound technical rules. In order to ensure standardization
In order to improve the effectiveness of the movement, my country has established and continuously improved the basic national standard system that supports the standard formulation work. In this system,
GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" establishes the rules generally applicable to drafting
General rules for various types of standardized documents. However, for the drafting of specific standardization documents, only by establishing more targeted specific rules and forming
There are both overall general rules to abide by and targeted specific rules to follow, and the combination of general rules and specific rules
In order to achieve the purpose of drafting high-quality standardized documents.
GB/T 20001 "Standard Writing Rules" is a document compiled for the purpose of establishing relevant specific rules. According to the standard
properties such as the function of the content or standardized objects, can divide the standard into different functional types or object categories, in order to target these functional categories
Standards for types and object categories establish the writing rules respectively. It is necessary to divide GB/T 20001 into two groups. the first group before Part 10, and the first group for
Establish writing rules for standards of different types of functions; Part 10 (inclusive) and later is the second group, standards for different object categories (product standards)
Standards, process standards, service standards, etc.) to establish writing rules. The second group is divided into the following sections.

Adjust its content to mainly stipulate the rules for the preparation of management system standards.
Management system standards are process standards classified according to standardization objects, so it is necessary to incorporate the revised documents into
GB/T 20001, and as part 11 of it. This revision focuses on the principles on which the different categories of management system standards are drafted.
The general principles and requirements define the structure, technical elements and core content of the management system standard. In addition, the ISO /IEC guideline 1 has been clarified
The meaning of some terms used in different contexts in Appendix SL of Part 1.define the Chinese term corresponding to "requirement" as
"Requirements/requirements"; translate the "element" used for the constituent units of the management system into "elements", and the functional units for the standard content
The "element" used translates to "element". By providing clear drafting rules, this document makes the preparation of my country's management system standards well-documented.
It is helpful to promote mutual compatibility and coordination between standards, so as to improve the drafting quality and application efficiency of management system standards.
