Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19905-2005 "liquefied gas transporter." This standard compared with GB/T 19905-2005, in addition to editorial
The main technical changes outside the amendment are as follows.
--- Modify the standard range (see Chapter 1,.2005 edition Chapter 1);
--- Removed the working pressure, design pressure and other six terms, and added four terms liquefied gas (see Chapter 3,.2005
Version of Chapter 3);
--- Modify the chapter title, and increased the user or the design commissioner's responsibility to modify the design and manufacturing units of the qualification and post
Responsibility requirements (see Chapter 4, see Chapter 4 of the.2005 edition);
--- Modify the tank with steel, steel forgings, steel and pipe fittings, stacking insulation materials, welding materials, and other requirements, and increased sealing material
(See 5.2, 5.3, 5.4.6, see.2005 edition 5.2 ~ 5.5);
--- Modify the vehicle, load, design temperature, design pressure, the maximum allowable filling capacity and other requirements, and an increase of analysis and design methods, the most
Low Design Metal Temperature, Minimum Tank Thickness, Dimethyl Ether Medium and Leakage Tests (see Chapter 6,.2005 Edition
Chapter 6);
--- Modify the requirements of safety accessories, instruments and handling attachments (see Chapter 7, see Chapter 7 of.2005 edition);
--- Modify the welding joint classification, material re-inspection, hot and cold processing, assembly, welding, non-destructive testing, heat treatment and other requirements, an increase of Class E
Welded joints (see 8.1 ~ 8.4, see the.2005 edition of 8.2,8.3);
--- Increasing ammonia leak test, halogen leak test and helium leak test methods (see 9.2.3);
--- Added "risk assessment report" (see Appendix A);
--- Removed the "format and content of the product nameplate" "product quality certificate format and content" (see Year.2005, Appendix B, with
C);
--- "Design and calculation of safety relief devices" should read "Calculation of safe discharge capacity of tanks and discharge capacity of safety relief devices" and amend
The requirements for safe discharge of tank body and discharge capacity of safety relief device (see Appendix B, see Appendix A of.2005 Edition).
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC262).
