This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19828-2005 "Technical Specifications for Quality Management of Salt-producing Production Enterprises".
Compared with GB/T 19828-2005, the main technical changes in this standard are as follows.
--- Modified some terms according to GB/T 19420-2003 and GB/T 19000-2016;
--- Increased requirements for compliance with industry norms and establishment of quality, salt safety and traceability systems (see Chapter 4);
--- Delete the original "capacity requirements" (see 4.3 of.2005 edition);
--- Added "product technical conditions" requirements (see Chapter 5);
--- Added "Enterprise Operating Environment Monitoring" (see 6.1);
--- Adjusted the "document requirements" position (see Chapter 7,.2005 edition of 5.1);
--- Increased hygiene requirements for production equipment (see 6.6);
--- Increased cleaning area, quasi-cleaning area and general operating area division requirements (see 6.7.4);
--- Increased sanitary requirements for floors, walls, ceilings, and bathrooms in the internal structure of the plant (see 6.7.5);
--- Increased requirements for hand washing, sanitation and sanitation, and dust removal and dehumidification requirements between packages (see 6.7.13);
--- Increased the safety hazard analysis of production salt, production water, salt additives, material purification, foreign matter control and other key links
