Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19570-2004 "Sewage Displacement Pipeline Engineering Specifications." This standard and GB/T 19570-2004 phase
Comparison, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increase "surge wells" terms and definitions (see 3.3);
--- Increase "First of all, the area where the mixed zone formed by sewage discharge is located must be defined, and more than two outfalls
And their mixed area and comparison "(see 5.1.3);
--- Modify the engineering geophysical requirements (see 5.2.5,.2004 edition of 5.1.4.4);
--- Adjust the "Chapter 6, Chapter 7 of the order" (see Chapter 6 and Chapter 7,.2004 edition Chapter 6 and Chapter 7);
--- Revised "pipe design temperature range" (see 6.2.4,.2004 edition of 7.2.4);
--- Increase "should adopt high-quality materials and environmental protection of pipe, such as steel pipe and continuous winding glass tube" (see 6.2.9);
--- Increase the discovery of pipeline rupture, should open the emergency vent or effective implementation of the sewage diversion content (see 6.2.29);
--- Increase "coating materials should meet the environmental requirements" (see 6.4.2);
--- Increase "units involved in the construction of large-scale pipeline projects should have the relevant qualifications required by the ministries" (see 6.5.1);
--- Increase the "construction phase should have qualified supervision unit requirements" (see 6.5.2);
--- Increase "the main equipment used in the measurement and laying pipe stinger should be inspected by the statutory quality inspection department, and have a certificate
book. Escalator should have spare parts "(see 6.5.2);
--- Increase "submarine pipeline laying, should be along the route sweep the sea, such as the discovery of seafloor reefs should be carried out first blasting or blasting"
(See 6.5.3);
--- Increasing the pipe welding process and accuracy should meet the GB/T 50268-2008 specification requirements (see 6.5.10);
--- Increase the sewage row of sea pipeline construction in the sea temperature or stress changes in the sea should be used telescopic section to protect the pipeline
(See 6.5.15);
--- Increasing the initial dilution data should be submitted by the SEPA Marine Environmental Assessment Unit (see 7.10);
--- Increase should be carried out sewage and initial dilution and mixing area water quality monitoring (see 7.19).

Introduction
In recent years, with the vigorous development of China's coastal economy, the living standards of the people have rapidly risen. In particular, opening up and science and technology substantially
Ascending the masses to pay more attention to environmental protection, awareness and level of environmental protection significantly improved. The original norms can not adapt to the new situation
need. The revised norms will pay more attention to the wishes of the people, in order to protect the marine environment for the purpose of the route survey, sewage drainage sea mixed area
Investigation and sewage on the marine environment pollution control and pipeline design, construction, etc., to carry out more effective guidance to promote China's sewage pipe
Road engineering technology continues to improve, a substantial increase in the level of marine environmental protection.
