This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19142-2008 "General Principles of Export Commodity Packaging", compared with GB/T 19142-2008, the main content changes
as follows.
- Added in Chapter 2 GB/T 16716.3, GB/T 16716.5, GB/T 16716.6, GB/T 16716.7, GB/T 17488,
GB/T 23156, GB/T 23350, GB/T 28060 and GB/T 28206. Deleted GB/T 19786;
- to re-confirm the validity of GB/T 16470, GB/T 18127 in Chapter 2;
- Added IPPC identification in Chapter 3, recyclable, energy recovery, biodegradable, compostable plastic, packing porosity,
The definition of the number of packaging layers;
- modified the standard for quarantine treatment of wood packaging materials, increased the requirements for IPPC labeling (see 4.1.4);
--- Added requirements for the selection of plastic packaging materials (see 4.1.5);
- increased specific requirements for the recyclability of packaging and packaging waste (see 4.1.7);
- increased requirements for pre-packaged food and cosmetic containers (see 4.18,.2008 edition 4.1.6);
