This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 19119-2003 "Installation regulations farm vehicles, lighting and signaling devices." This standard
GB/T 19119-2003 main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name from "farm vehicles lighting installation regulations and signaling devices" to "three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicles lighting
Installation and signal devices ";
--- The "three farm vehicles" was renamed "three cars", the "four-wheel farm vehicles" was renamed "low-speed vehicles";
--- Adjust some terms and definitions;
--- Clear light color of the lamp and installation requirements;
--- Modified high beam luminous intensity requirements;
--- Adjusted the low beam lights, turn signals, brake lights, license plate lamp, rear position lamps, rear non-triangular retro-reflector position requirements;
--- Adjust the turn signal layout requirements.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements of three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicle lighting and signaling devices installed, test methods and inspection rules.
This standard applies to three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicles (hereinafter referred to as low-speed vehicles).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
