Foreword
GB/T 19068 "small wind turbine" is divided into the following three sections.

This Part replaces GB/T 19068.1-2003 "off-grid wind turbine generator Part 1 Technical conditions."
This section compared with GB/T 19068.1-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
