Foreword
GB/T 19068 "small wind turbine" is divided into the following three sections.
--- Part 1. Technical conditions;
--- Part 2. Test methods;
--- Part 3. Wind tunnel test methods.
This section GB/T 19068 Part 2.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 19068.2-2003 "off-grid wind turbine generator Part 2 Test Methods."
This section compared with GB/T 19068.2-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of this section (see Chapter 1,.2003 edition Chapter 1);
--- Increasing the requirements of the position of the wind tower inside the test site (see 5.1.3);
--- Increased site calibration and measurement sector requirements (see 5.1.6);
--- Increased the confirmation of the prototype test, inspection and commissioning, test prototype electrical connection and prototype testing equipment installation and layout

--- Increasing the static balance of blades and the tip of the axial runout test content (see 6.1);

1 Scope
