Introduction
Water use quota is a technical standard and important basis for measuring water conservation level. It is also an important basis for the implementation of water withdrawal permit system and planned water use management in China.
The water quota standard is the basis for determining the permitted water volume, conducting water conservation evaluation, carrier construction and benchmarking management.
It is one of the main indicators of water resources management and an important means to implement the strictest water resources management system.
GB/T 18916 will clarify the water intake range, water supply range and water intake calculation according to the water use characteristics of different industrial sectors.
It specifies the calculation method of water quota, divides quota index levels, and makes requirements for quota management.
GB/T 18916 is proposed to consist of the following parts.
Part 1.Thermal power generation;
Part 2.Iron and Steel Integrated Enterprises;-
Part 3.Petroleum Refining;-

3.1
quantity of water intake for per kiloliter crude baijiu
The amount of water that an enterprise needs to extract from various water sources to produce every 1,000 liters of 65% (volume fraction) liquor.
3.2
quantity of water intake for per kiloliter baijiu
The amount of water that an enterprise needs to extract from various water sources to produce every 1,000 liters of finished liquor.
Note. The water intake per kiloliter of raw liquor is not included.
4 Calculation method
4.1 Calculation scope
4.1.1 The calculation scope of water sources includes surface water (measured by water supplied by water purification plants), groundwater, urban water supply projects, and water from which enterprises draw water.
Other water or water products purchased from the market (such as steam, hot water, geothermal water, etc.).
4.1.2 The calculation scope of water withdrawal for liquor production includes the main production systems (raw liquor includes koji making and brewing, finished liquor includes blending and packaging, etc.)
equipment), auxiliary production systems (machine repair, boilers, air compressor stations, sewage treatment plants, inspection, testing and transportation, etc.) and ancillary production systems (office
public areas, green areas, factory canteens, bathrooms and toilets, etc.).
