This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 18208.4-2005 "earthquake field works - Part 4. Direct disaster damage assessment."
This section compared with the GB/T 18208.4-2005, mainly in the following changes.
a) Amendment of the four terms and definitions. "earthquake disaster direct loss", "earthquake disaster direct economic loss", "replacement cost" and "Earthquake

b) an increase of three terms and definitions. "Urban District Assessment", "Rural Appraisal District" and "high-grade decoration earthquake direct economic loss";
