Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 18106-2004 "Retail Business Classification". This standard is compared with GB/T 18106-2004, except for editorial revisions.
The main technical changes of the external change are as follows.
---Canceled the "grocery store" format;
---Canceled the three independent business types of "big supermarket", "home building materials store" and "factory direct sales center" in the retail category of stores,

1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification principles and classification of retail formats.
This standard applies to entities that are mainly engaged in retail operations and operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2 Terms and definitions
