Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 18038-2000 "electrified railway traction power supply system PROTECTION EQUIPMENT General technical conditions."
This revision main modifications are as follows.
--- Increased short-term overload capacity requirements;
--- Increase protection device power consumption requirements;
--- Increase the overload capacity of the device;
--- Improving the insulation resistance requirements means;
--- Functional requirements by GB/T 14285 was amended, supplemented and added on "high speed" rail requirements;
--- Increasing the accurate measurement requirements;
--- Feeder protection technology increases the performance in the high impedance grounding element claimed protection;
--- EMC requirements. according to GB/T 14598.20-2007 and GB/T 14285-2006 requirements were modified to increase the
EMI necessary projects;
--- Other text and editorial changes.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
