This standard replaces GB/T 18028-2000.
This standard and GB/T 18028-2000 has compared the following changes.
--- Specification part of the concept of representation;
--- Eye revised and supplemented text, Braille symbols;
--- Adjust the layout, in order to facilitate comparison and read the content.
