Foreword

GB/T 17215.8 "Acceptance Inspection of AC Measurement Equipment" is divided into the following three parts. --- Part 11. General Acceptance Test Methods; --- Part 21. Special requirements for electromechanical active energy meters (Class 0.5, Class 1, and Class 2); --- Part 31. Particular requirements for static active energy meters (0.2S, 0.5S, 1 and 2). This part is Part 11 of GB/T 17215.8. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This section partially replaces GB/T 3925-1983 "Acceptance Method for Class 2.0 AC Wattmeter" and GB/T 17442-1998 "Level 1 and Level 2 Direct Access Static Power Meter Acceptance Test. Comparing with GB/T 3925-1983 and GB/T 17442-1998 The technical changes are as follows. --- Related to sampling plans, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria in GB/T 3925-1983 and GB/T 17442-1998 The contents are unified into this section. Test requirements and test methods are specified in Parts 821 and 831 of this standard, respectively; --- According to ISO 2859 and ISO 3951, modified count sampling inspection procedures and measurement sampling inspection procedures; --- In accordance with the strictness of inspections, the inspections are divided into normal inspections, relaxed inspections, tightened inspections, and the transfer criteria are stipulated; --- specifies the selection criteria for batch-by-batch inspection, batch-batch inspection and isolated batch inspection; --- The standard deviation method (sigma method), sample standard deviation method (s method) and its acquisition procedure are defined for the measurement and acceptance sampling inspection; --- Specifies acceptance criteria for acceptance testing; ---Distinguish key non-conformities and non-critical non-conformities; --- Modify the implementation process of measurement test and count test, and stipulate its statistical parameters; --- Defines the degree of influence of the risk quality of the producer and the risk quality of the consumer on the receiving quality; --- Modified the random number table. This section uses the translation method equivalent to the use of IEC 62058-11.2008 "acceptance test of AC measuring equipment, part 11. general test Receive inspection method." This section also made the following editorial changes. --- Modify the index U, wU, yU, tU, pU, etc. of the second set of wU formulas in the calculation example of 10.5.5 to L; --- Modify the data used in Figure 9 to the values in Table 31. Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing agency of this document does not assume responsibility for identifying these patents. This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Electrical Instrumentation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC104).
