This standard replaces GB/T 16862-1997 "table grapes refrigeration technology."
This standard and GB/T 16862-1997 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- A reference to the standard has been adjusted;
--- Remove the original scope of the standard varieties;
--- Adjust some elements of the original standard definition;
--- Modify the content of the original standard technology in some provisions, and chapter structure has been adjusted;
--- Delete the original standard in Appendix A, Appendix B becomes the original Annex C (informative), and modify the contents of some of them;
--- Added Appendix A "part of the grape harvest when the physical and chemical indicators";
--- Added Appendix B "measurement grape soluble solids (refractometer method)."
