Foreword
This standard is identical with ISO 11468.1997 "test plastic PVC paste preparation disperser Law" (English Version) (2007
September 20 confirmed).
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
a) "this International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
b) use a decimal point instead of a decimal comma ",". ",";
c) Remove the preface to the international standards;
d) ISO 11468.1997 published by "---" instead of a forthcoming ISO 1060-2.1998 Year of numbers and footnotes
Administered in the form has been described, the present standard direct reference date, so delete footnote 1;
e) ISO 11468.1997 Footnote 2 shows the recommended instruments do not meet the rules for preparation of standards and therefore removed the footnote 2.
This standard replaces GB/T 16613-1996 "Test polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste prepared disperser law."

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for producing PVC paste with a disperser. The prepared paste rheology can be used to characterize the respective special PVC
Resistance, can be used as the product to establish consistency between the different methods.
This method can also be used to prepare other containing components (e.g. stabilizers) paste, but this can not be used for naming the resin paste.

Principle 3
The PVC resins and plasticizers in PVC paste prepared by mixing disperser.
This standard, paste (also called plastisol) refers to a liquid mixture of PVC resin PVC plasticizers in a liquid composed of suspended solids.
4 instruments and materials
4.1 disperser, preferably having a double-walled cylindrical mixing vessel, and a motor-driven shaft, which is connected to a horizontal coarse teeth
Hybrid disc (scattered disk). Dispersion plate to transfer energy to the PVC paste, so that the axial center of the paste ingredients down, drive up along the wall of the mixing vessel
