Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 16555-2008 "carbon, silicon carbide, nitride refractory chemical analysis method" and GB/T 16555-
2008 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increase the total oxygen detection project; modified free carbon, silicon carbide, calcium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide detection range
Wai, reducing its detection limit (see Chapter 1);
--- Modify the normative references, change or delete expired, void standards, an increase of GB/T 4513.2, GB/T 17732,
GB/T 18930 (see Chapter 2);
--- Increase the total oxygen content of the test project to allow poor (see Table 2);
--- Remove the contents of Chapter 3, to quote GB/T 18930 "refractories terminology";
--- Modify the sample preparation, an increase of bitumen, resin refractory carbonation method (see 5.2.6);
--- Indirect determination of the scope of the application of free carbon has been limited, carbonate material does not apply (see 11.4);
--- Increased combustion infrared absorption method for the determination of free carbon (see 11.3);
--- Increasing the nitrogen oxide analyzer determination of total oxygen in non-oxide samples (see 13.2);
--- Supplementary to the reference standard for the determination of metal oxide elements by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

Material chemical analysis methods
1 Scope
This standard specifies the carbonaceous, silicon carbide, nitride refractory and chemical analysis of raw materials.
The items analyzed in this standard are as follows. VOL, LOI, TC, FC,
(SiC), total nitrogen (TN), total oxygen (TO), silicon nitride (Si3N4), free silicon (F.Si), free aluminum
(SiO2), the amount of alumina (Al2O3), the amount of iron oxide (all valence Fe2O3), the amount of titanium dioxide (TiO2), the amount of calcium oxide (CaO)
(MgO), K2O, Na2O, P2O5, ZrO2 (ZrO2)
HfO2), the amount of manganese monoxide (all valence manganese as MnO), the amount of chromium oxide (Cr2O3).
