Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 16544-1996 "spherical tank γ-ray exposure panoramic photographic method." This standard and GB/T 16544-1996 compared to the main changes are as follows. --- To increase the content of radiographic detection timing (see Chapter 5); --- Increasing the content of industrial radiographic film classification system, the film is divided into T1, T2, T3, T4 four categories of film systems for special Indicators proposed requirements (see Chapter 7); --- Film density range of different radiation sources applicable provisions of the original standards were revised, improved film density range (see 15.1); --- Different radiographs through the thickness of IQI sensitivity requirements have been revised, improved sensitivity (see 15.2). The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. The standard non-destructive testing by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC56) centralized. This standard was drafted. Shanghai Baosteel Industry Inspection Corporation, Shanghai Suzhou US detection equipment Kodak Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Jinyun IQI plant. The main drafters of this standard. Gu Sulan, Luoyun Dong, Chuck Yong, Hong Zuoyou, Liu Zhang Long. This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows. --- GB/T 16544-1996. NDT Gamma ray exposure panoramic photo detection method

1 Scope

This standard specifies the gamma ray exposure panoramic photographic methods and related technical requirements. This standard applies to 10mm ~ 100mm thick steel spherical tanks (referred tank) fusion welded butt joints (the weld) gamma emission Ray photography detected.
