This standard corresponds to IEC 61336.1996 "thickness measurement system definition and test methods for nuclear instruments utilizing ionizing radiation", and
IEC 61336.1996 non-equivalent.
This standard replaces GB/T 15636-1995 "ionizing radiation thickness gauge."
The main difference compared with the standard GB/T 15636-1995 as follows.
--- Normative references, the latest version of the standard references appropriate;
