3 classification principles
Microscopic coal and rock type is a combination of natural symbiotic microscopic components, the minimum thickness of 50μm or minimal covering an area of \u200b\u200b50μm ×
50μm, quantity (volume fraction) in which the microstructure of the packet (or microscopic components) appear equal to or greater than 5% is determined. It may contain less than
20% of the mineral (e.g. clay, silica, carbonate) or less than 5% of the sulfide minerals. If the mineral content exceeds the above number, press microscopy
And the proportion of the component minerals are different types of mineralization known as microscopic or microscopic mineral types.

Microscopic coal and rock type classification Table 1.
Table 1 microscopic coal and rock type classification
The volume fraction of microscopic coal and rock type microstructure packet
Single Packet Type
Micromirror coal
Micro-shell coal
Micro-inert coal
Vitrinite > 95%
Chitin body > 95%
Idler plastid > 95%
Dual Packet Type
Micro-light coal
Pale coal
Micromirror idler coal
(Vitrinite chitin body) > 95%
(Idler plastid chitin body) > 95%
(Vitrinite idle plastid) > 95%
Three packet types
Micro triple coal (vitrinite chitin body idle plastid) > 95%
Note 1. The double set of packet types and three types of packets, either packets microstructure volume fraction greater than or equal to 5%.
Note 2. According to a variety of needs can be microscopic coal and rock type and content of press MACERALS further divided into several sub-types.
