This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 15357-1994 "surfactants and detergents rotational viscometer the viscosity of liquid products."
This standard uses the redrafted law revision using ISO 6388. 1989 "surfactant using a rotary viscometer liquidity."
This standard and ISO 6388. 1989 Differences technology and its reasons are as follows.
