This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 15340-2008 "Sampling and preparation methods for natural and synthetic raw rubber" and is consistent with GB/T 15340-2008.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the general requirements for test sample preparation (see 7.1, 8.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the open milling steps and process parameters for the preparation of natural rubber samples (see 7.2.1, 8.2.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added the sampling requirements for the determination of volatile content of synthetic rubber by the heating weight loss method (see 7.3.1);
--- Deleted the special requirements for chloroprene rubber when preparing samples by the Mooney viscosity roller method (see 8.3.2.2 of the.2008 edition).
This document is equivalent to ISO 1795.2017 "Methods for sampling and preparation of natural and synthetic rubber".
The following minimal editorial changes were made to this document.
