This standard replaces GB/T 15103-1994 "winch technical conditions." This standard LY/T 1288-1998 "Test winch
Test methods, "the contents of which are incorporated.
Compared with the standard GB/T 15103-1994 The main changes are as follows.

2) Modify the normative references;
3) Remove the technical requirements of the specific requirements of the material components;

3 Terms and Definitions
