This standard replaces GB/T 14481-1993 "single-phase synchronous motor test methods", compared to the previous version mainly was amended as follows. --- Define the scope of this standard. --- Normative references. a) All references to new domestic and international standards (IEC ) standard; b) increase the reference standard. --- Measuring instrument accuracy class requirements. a) electricity meter of not less than 0.2 (formerly 3.2.1 requires 0.5); b) a torque of not less than 0.2 meter (formerly 3.2.1 requires 1.0). --- Load characteristics and short-circuit characteristics GB/T 1029-2005 coordination. --- Withstand voltage test according to the requirements of GB 755 amendments. --- Withstand voltage test tripping current assessment increases when the withstand voltage test in accordance with the requirements of GB 14711-2006. --- Cancellation measured voltage sinusoidal waveform distortion, according to GB 755 requirements, measure the harmonic voltage factor HVF. --- Heat test according to the provisions of GB/T 1029-2005 and GB 755 be revised so that coherence between standards. --- Rewrite efficiency measured winding temperature conversion reference GB/T 1029-2005 and GB/T 1032-2005 revised method, press "Temperature + 25 ℃" or according to a predetermined reference temperature thermal rating calculation to determine the efficiency of the winding temperature. --- Transient voltage regulation rate increase and recovery measurement time. --- Increase measurement terminal radio interference level.
