Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 14290-2008 "Round Baler", compared with GB/T 14290-2008, except for editorial changes.
The main technical changes are as follows.
---In the scope of standard application, the strapping material "rope net" has been added (see Chapter 1);
--- Added "Terms and Definitions" (see Chapter 3);
--- Incorporate the requirements for outsourcing and outsourcing parts into the final assembly technical requirements (see 4.4.1, 3.1.2 in the.2008 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, and transportation of round balers (hereinafter referred to as round balers)
And storage.
This standard applies to round balers using ropes and rope nets as binding materials. Other forms of round balers can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20789 apply to this document.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General technical requirements
4.1.1 The round baler should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 The surface of the casting should be smooth and clean, and there should be no defects such as cracks, cold partitions, fleshy, flashing, pits, slag inclusions and sand sticking.
4.1.3 For cold shearing and stamping parts, flashes and burrs should be removed, and stamping parts should not be wrinkled or cracked.
4.1.4 The welds of welded parts shall be uniform, flat and firm, and shall be free from defects such as cracks, burns, undercuts, missing welds, virtual welds and slag inclusions.
4.1.5 The machined mating surface should not have defects such as dents and bumps.
4.1.6 Fasteners, springs, and spring teeth should be galvanized or bluish (black) on the surface.
4.1.7 The quality of the incision of the laser cutting parts should be smooth, and there should be no brittle fracture, material burning and slag formed by melting.
4.2 Main performance indicators
The moisture content of the forage grass is between 18% and 25%. Under normal operating conditions, the main performance indicators of the round baler should meet the requirements of Table 1.
