Introduction

GB/T 13870 aims to provide the effect of electric current on people and domestic animals, and is used to formulate electrical safety requirements. It is proposed to consist of the following parts. --- Part 1.General part. The purpose is to provide basic guidance on the effects of electrical currents on humans and domestic animals. --- Part 2.Special circumstances. The purpose is to illustrate the effect of sinusoidal alternating current with a frequency above 100 Hz passing through the human body. --- Part 4.Lightning effects. The purpose is to describe the basic parameters and variability of lightning effects on humans and domestic animals. --- Part 5.Physiological effects of contact voltage threshold. The purpose is to understand the current threshold of body impedance and physiological effects in part 1 Values are analyzed to provide a contact voltage-duration combined threshold curve. In order to avoid errors in the interpretation of this document, it must be emphasized that the data presented are mainly based on experiments on animals and and data obtained from clinical observations. Only a few experiments with short-duration shock currents have been performed on living humans. Due to the conservative nature of data obtained from animal studies, this document is intended for use in normal physiological conditions, including children. Applicable regardless of age and weight. However, there are other aspects to be considered, such as probability of failure, probability of contact with live or faulty parts, contact voltage and failure Voltage ratios, experience gained, technical feasibility and economics. These parameters need to be carefully considered when determining safety requirements, e.g. electrical Operating characteristics of protective devices within the installation. This document summarizes the results achieved so far, and these results are being used by the IEC TC64 technical committee to develop the protection against electric shock. basis for protection requirements. Considering the importance of these results, there are good reasons for making this an IEC publication so that the need for such information Other IEC committees and countries can use it as a guide. This document applies to ventricular fibrillation thresholds in which death is primarily caused by electrical currents. Recent studies on cardiac physiology and fibrillation threshold Analysis of the results of the work yielded the possibility to better understand the influence of the main physical parameters, especially the duration of current flow. This document contains information on various physiological effects of body impedance and body current thresholds that can be combined for reference in The path of current passing through the human body, the wet conditions of contact and the contact area of the skin, etc., are used to evaluate the AC and DC contact voltage thresholds. This document is more applicable to the effects of electric currents. In the assessment of harmful effects on humans and domestic animals, other non-electrical phenomena, including falling Collapse, heat generation, fire or other phenomena are to be considered. These issues are beyond the scope of this document, but in their own right can be extremely important need. Further experimental data are currently being considered, such as the recently ongoing "Currently induced ventricular fibrillation with discrete Fourier spectroscopy excitation". Dimensional dithering" experimental work aimed at providing frequency coefficient data. The impedance characteristics of livestock carcasses and the effects of sinusoidal alternating currents are described in Appendix H. Effects of electric current on man and domestic animals Part 1.General part

1 Scope

This document provides basic guidance on the effects of electrical currents on humans and domestic animals. For a given current path through the human body, the danger to the person depends mainly on the value of the current and the duration of the current. But when In many cases, the time/current regions specified in the following clauses are not actually directly used in the design of electric shock protection. must be time-based The allowable limit value of the contact voltage of the function (that is, the product of the current passing through the human body and the impedance of the human body) is used as the criterion. Due to the impedance of the human body The touch voltage varies. Therefore, the relationship between current and voltage is not linear, so the relationship data needs to be given. different parts of human body like skin The resistive and capacitive components of electrical current presented by skin, blood, muscle, other tissues, and joints make up the body impedance. The value of the impedance of the human body depends on several factors, in particular the path of the current, the contact voltage, the duration and frequency of the current, the degree of skin moisture, etc. degree, contact surface area, applied pressure and temperature. The impedance values listed in this document are the result of careful review of data obtained primarily from cadavers and a few living humans. The effect of alternating current on the human body is basically based on the effect of alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, which is the most commonly used in electrical devices. The relevant research results are based, but the data given are considered to be applicable to the frequency range of 15Hz~100Hz, at the beginning of this range The frequency threshold is higher than the 50 Hz or 60 Hz threshold, mainly to consider the risk of ventricular fibrillation, which is the risk of fatal accidents main mechanism. Judging from the number of DC applications, DC accidents are much less than expected, only in its very unfavorable situations, such as in Fatal accidents only occur in mines; this is partly due to the ease with which dc-charged bodies are caught and During the cycle, the ventricular fibrillation threshold is much higher with DC current than with AC current. This basic safety publication is mainly intended for use by technical committees in accordance with the principles specified in IEC Guide 104 and ISO /IEC Guide 51 used in the preparation of standards. It does not apply to manufacturers or notified bodies. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the technical committees to use essential safety publications in the preparation of publications. unless explicitly mentioned Or contained in related publications, otherwise the requirements of the basic safety publications, test methods or test conditions will not apply.
