GB/T 13738 "black tea" is divided into the following sections.
--- Part 1. Red broken tea;
--- Part 2. Gongfu black tea;
--- Part 3. Small kinds of black tea.
This section GB/T 13738 Part 1.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 13738.1-2008 "black tea Part 1. Red broken tea." Compared with GB/T 13738.1-2008, in addition to editing
The main technical changes outside the editorial changes are as follows.
--- Modify the adoption of ISO 3720.2011 "black tea definition and basic requirements";
--- Adjust some of the reference standards, pesticide maximum residue limits, pollutant limits and food labeling by food safety implementation of national standards;
--- Adjust product classification and sensory quality requirements, the tea and the end of the tea were unified into a specification;
--- Increase in physical and chemical indicators of tea polyphenols project, a clear water-soluble ash, water-soluble ash alkalinity, acid insoluble ash, crude fiber, tea and more
