3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5706, GB/T 11951, GB 18267 and GB/T 35936 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Fibers with a diameter of 35 μm or less obtained from yaks.
Note. Yak raw wool and combed yak wool are collectively called yak wool.
3.2
Fibers obtained from yaks have a diameter of more than 35 μm and the portion above 35 μm exceeds 1/2 of the total length of the fiber.
3.3
It is a mixed fiber of down obtained from yaks, mainly down with natural impurities and unprocessed down.
